Bible Certificate
“Receive, I pray thee, the law from his mouth, and lay up his words in thine heart” (Job 22:22).
The Verity Bible Certificate is a non-accredited program open to Verity and non-Verity students alike and is designed to help teach and train participants to better understand God’s Word and His Workings as revealed in Scripture and in History. Students participating in the Bible Program are exposed to a wide range of important Biblical topics, issues and truths during this 21-month program. During this time, the student may take twenty-two two-week modules, which will better prepare him or her for life and ministry. It is the firm belief of the leadership of this program that it is essential for every believer to be able to "accurately handle" the Word of God and recommend Verity’s Bible Certificate as a worthy vehicle for a student in pursuit of this goal.
Most modules consist of two days of teaching and lectures (Monday/Tuesday 9:00-12:00). This is followed by assigned readings, papers and assignments. Most courses only cover two weeks wherein the average student will spend no more than 10-13 hours attending class and doing homework.
