Nursing Plus
Nursing Plus is an innovative, interdisciplinary program designed to help prepare students to pursue accredited nursing credentials while maintaining the highest Christian standards. The world needs skilled nurses who are thoroughly trained in Biblical principles and character and who are committed to sharing Christ’s love with patients and families.
Nursing Plus is based on training students in the full scope of health. Students gain an understanding of Biblically based health ethics, the root causes of disease, and seven deadly stresses as well as laying a strong academic foundation for future nursing training.
Nursing Plus helps students earn nursing credentials by providing (1) a foundation curriculum of general education and Biblical principles; (2) academic guidance in selecting and applying to accredited nursing programs; and (3) mentoring and support in a Christian environment. Included in the curriculum are standard nursing school prerequisite courses.
